The department is headed by Rev.Canon Newton Baryaija. This Department is responsible for fulfilling Christ’s mission through holistic teaching, evangelism, discipleship and healing for healthy and Godly people. It’s core work is the great commission of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the entire Diocese.

Mothers Union section is responsible for Planning, Implementation and Coordination of Mothers Union Programmes in the Diocese, organizing courses, workshops and seminars for women and Mothers Union leaders in the Diocese , initiating counseling sections for Mothers Union Members and others. It is also currently coordinating Christian women Fellowship activities and Ankole Diocese Women Investment Association (ADWIA)

As of 5th March 2021, 1 st floor of Mothers Union Family Complex has been completed and ready for occupation.
The building will handle the following
- Rental shops
- Business offices
- Conference hall
- Livelihood training center
- restaurant
- among others

Fathers Union: Fathers Union section is headed by Fathers Union Coordinator who is Mr.Fred Tibendezana. He is responsible for coordinating Fathers’ union activities in the Diocese.
