The Committee of St.Paul Shopping Mall Chaired by Mr.Mugume Nathan handed over 98% complete structure to the Bishop. The 2% left is the installation of a lift. The building has 6 levels including ample space for parking, shops, offices and apartments. The building has so far cost 3,058,541,420. The Bishop appreciated the committee for the quality work exhibited. He appreciated the Synod, Christians and all the church committees for the support. The Bishop called upon all the people to book space that is left to let.
