RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance, Planning and Investment department is headed by Mr.Paul Tumuhairwe Swithern
It is responsible for mobilizing financial resources both locally and externally for the Diocese. Providing overall management of Diocesan finances including preparation of budget, revenue and expenditure management, Coordinating the development of Diocesan strategic plan (s), Developing , reviewing and updating of Diocesan Investment plan.
It has the following sections.
Lands and Estates led by: Ms.Emily Nuwarinda
The section is responsible for surveying, renew land titles, develop and safeguard church land and assets from encroachment in the entire Diocese
