Mr.Paul Tumuhairwe Swithern is the Diocesan Finance, Planning and Investments head. He is responsible for mobilizing financial resources both locally and externally for the Diocese. Providing overall management of Diocesan finances including preparation of budget, revenue and expenditure management, Coordinating the development of Diocesan strategic plan (s), Developing , reviewing and updating of Diocesan Investment plan.
